SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping times
Products purchased on www.jacquarde.it are usually delivered within 5 working days from the order for Italy and the EU,
and within 8 working days for all other destinations.
Delivery times may be subject to delays on holidays; couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.
For orders paid by credit card, a working day is added to the standard shipping times for the necessary administrative checks.
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN FOR DEFECTS
OR NON-CONFORMITY
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason and without penalty, within 14 days from the moment in which you or a representative receive the product, or, in the case of multiple products delivered separately, the last product of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform Jacquarde, with registered office in Viale Aguggiari 77, 21100 Varese - Italy, of your decision by accessing the "My returns" section of your account, or, if you are not a registered user, enter the order number and the email used for the purchase on the page dedicated to returns.
You will receive a confirmation email with the return form to be included in the package and the instructions for the return. Insert the completed return form in the package together with the product and send the package no later than 14 days after receiving the confirmation email.

Send the product back within 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal, in its intact packaging. The return is considered valid if the product is returned within the 14-day deadline, with the label and in its intact packaging.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, all payments will be refunded, including delivery costs. The refund will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise indicated by you. In the case of an alternative refund method, any additional costs will be at your expense. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until proof of shipment of the same. You are responsible for any decrease in value resulting from use other than that necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any damage, lack of accessories, labels, original packaging, or warranty documentation will result in a reduction of the refund. It is recommended to keep the original packaging intact and to use a second protective packaging for transport.
The refund takes approximately 14 days to be issued.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the event of defective or non-compliant products, you are entitled to repair or replacement, or other remedies as provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request repair, replacement or refund. The legal guarantee covers lack of conformity for a maximum period of 24 months from delivery; any actions to assert defects expire within 26 months from delivery.
To request assistance, send an e-mail to: info@jacquarde.it with the completed return form, including a description of the defect and at least one photo of the product, together with the order confirmation or receipt.
Following the evaluation, Jacquarde will send you a confirmation of the return authorization with a "Return Code". The authorized products must be shipped within 30 days of notification of the defect or non-compliance.
In the event that Jacquarde has agreed to refund you the price of the product, the refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer. In this case, you will need to communicate your bank details to the email address: info@jacquarde.it to allow the refund to be completed.
